Quidditch

Our Quidditch Committee has created a special version of the IQA rules to accommodate our younger audiences. It is a two-hand touch event. If you wish to participate, please check off the available option provided on the Registration page. You will be required to attend the Quidditch seminar that will take place within the Seminar Section 1.

Feast

The Feast is completely homemade by our committee members. Food provided is inspired by the Harry Potter series as well as general food from the UK & Ireland. If you have special dietary requirements, please state as so in the Registration page.

MAIN EVENT:

“Hunt for the Potters”

The Hunt for the Potters is basically a treasure hunt where the factions look for clues to find the special event at the end. Be aware though, there will be obstacles in your path that you may have to conquer to accomplish to your goals.

Closing Ceremony

This is technically the end of the Conference itself. This is where we hand our rewards, announce the winner for the House Cup, and wrap up the day. There is more to come though!

After Party:

Yule Ball

Unlike our Annual Yule Ball that takes place in the Winter or Early Spring, this Yule Ball is to thank our members on a job well done and to give our attendees a chance to dance! During this event, we will have a donation drive for both the committee and a charity of our choice. Admission is free of course, but donations are always appreciated.

Factions

Ministry of Magic

Order of the Phoenix

Death

Eaters

Lead by the Minister of Magic, this faction leads the governmenal duties of the British Magical Community. They tr their best to uphold the peace and status quo of the magical community so that no family has to worry for their safety against harmful forces. They are taking care of everything.

Lead by Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, he and his secret band of loyal wizards and witches fight against the dark Death Eaters. While they work with the Ministry to fight mostly, they hold their own meetings and are independent of the Ministry.

Lead by Lord Voldemort, these knights are radical pure blood supremists that wish to eliminate or subjugate the muggle race. To achieve their goals, they disregard current British Laws set forth by the Ministry including the practice of the Dark Arts. They are well known by their black cloaks, white bone masks, and Dark Marks on their left forearms. Beware all those that get in their way.
